What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
May I Request An Early Check-In Or A Late Check-Out?
During spring break and summer season, we unfortunately cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. In the slower seasons, this may be possible but cannot be confirmed until the week of your arrival due to scheduling of multiple departments.
What Is The Damage Waiver?
Each reservation requires the purchase of Property Damage Protection (PDP). The PDP is non-refundable and covers qualified damages to the rental premises, provided the guest has informed the property owner and the damage did not result from illegal or prohibited use.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 60 days prior to arrival, less a 3% cancellation fee. To cancel, please call (404) 625-0959 or email condorental@discoverak.com.
How Do I Gain Access To The Property?
Once your balance is paid in full, you’ll receive an email with your property access code(s), house rules, and stay details. The property owner will also reach out prior to your arrival for further assistance.
How Old Do You Have To Be To Rent A Property?
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent a property.
What Amenities Will Be In The Home?
A starter pack of essentials—paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent—is provided prior to check-in.
Does The House Include Linens?
Yes. Our properties are stocked with plush bed and bathroom linens.
Are Pets Allowed?
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we truly love them too. However, our Homeowners Association does not permit dogs or any pets on the property, and we must strictly adhere to this policy. Additionally, many of our guests have pet allergies, so keeping our rentals pet-free ensures a clean, healthy, and comfortable stay for everyone. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation — thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
